This multi-functional treadclimber from Bowflex has been a good choice for most fitness fanatics. The reason why its popular is because it can be used as a treadmill... a treadclimber and a stairstepper. So their are three different modes in one exercise machine. The Bowflex is also favored for those who are looking for an exercise machine that has a low impact on their joints such as their knees, ankles and feet. Its not to difficult to assemble, but the instruction manual could be greatly improved! Also note that we discovered that a number of consumers who purchased the product had the experience of the motor breaking down after a couple of years. However, the motor is guaranteed for five years. If you buy this treadmill, be sure to lubricate the treads every 3 months or so, as motor failure can be caused by not lubricating them. Overall you'll be happy with this purchase as it provides an excellent workout! |

After I received the product and called Boxflex to register it, I was told the warranty wouldn't apply as I didn't buy it through Bowflex. I called Amazon and they straightened it out by advocating on my behalf, now it is under the same warranty as if purchased from Boxflex.
